Noble Path Therapy
About Me

I am informed by the Jungian and contemporary psychodynamic traditions as well as inspired by Buddhist and other wisdom traditions that can help us think about good ways to develop mindfulness, live life with meaning, have better relationships, and work more effectively with obstacles. We can look at dreams and listen for the what may be going on behind the scenes in other ways to “make the unconscious conscious” to help you see the obstacles and way forward more clearly. I have many years experience with meditative and contemplative practices as well as engaging in my own psychoanalytic therapy, which has all been a strong foundation and support for me, in my own life and in my practice with others.
With my clients, I have seen that bringing mindfulness, awareness, and self-compassion with accountability to our experience is the key in clearing out our inner blocks and bringing a new sense of health, happiness, and magic to our lives. I also also spent a number of years working with more severe mental illnesses and trauma and I trained there with DBT, CBT, and ACT, which we can incorporate into our work when needed to support with skills and stability. Working with severe mental illnesses also showed me that, with bravery, commitment, and patience, we can find our way to the other side of even the most difficult experiences.

I’m looking forward to hearing from you and seeing if we are a good fit to work together. If we are, I have trust in the process that we can help you overcome your challenges, establish a more whole and integrated self, and create a more fulfilling life with clearer vision and more enriching relationships.
